Leap of Faith

Without hesitation, as soon as the Wood Duck ducklings climb into the nest opening they immediately leap to join their mother waiting on the water below and calling to them. In less than 5 mins, 19 little ducklings left this nest. Actually 18 .... one was having trouble so I grabbed him and tossed him into the lake. One other was stuck between two rocks so I rescued him as well all while their mother swam nervously back and forth calling to them. But she waited for them and was soon off with all 19!
